The best results are achieved from working together over 3-4 months to ensure a strong foundation is built, upon which long-term positive changes can be made. I do not offer single appointments because these rarely offer the scope to make sustainable changes.
One-to-one support programmes
All my packages include dedicated one-to-one online clinic consultations. Based on the testing package selected, and the help that you feel you require, these can vary from 1hour full consultations to 30-minute follow ups. We will work together as a team to help you achieve your health goals and keep you motivated.
I will advise the most appropriate diagnostic tests based on your symptoms & health goals. This could be blood, hormone, or gut testing to help us to understand why you have been feeling the way you have.
Taking a lateral and integrative approach, I will ask the right questions to deeply evaluate your medical history, health goals, and your current diet and lifestyle to reveal potential contributing factors to your symptoms.
I will then devise your bespoke programme, which will include a manageable diet and lifestyle plan and targeted, evidence-based natural supplement recommendations, if required. I am always very realistic and practical, so this will be centred on manageable goals which fit around your life.
